Creative Link Building Manager Jobs Delhi

Responsibilities :

• Understand Client’s business and define a unique off page seo strategy comprising of link building, content marketing and social media to obtain back links which will help achieve overall SEO Objectives.
• Effective and timely execution of individual link building plans for 100+ active clients
• Timely reporting of all link building activities to internal teams and/or clients
• Manage a team of 15+ link builders involved in link building / off-page seo, guest posting, content marketing and social sharing
• Develop processes and tools to track the team’s work. Ensure individual goals are aligned with organizational goals.
• Coordinate with On-page SEO Team
• Coordinate with Content Development Team
• Coordinate with Social Media Team
• Identify new trends and tactics in SEO, link building and content marketing and incorporate these into plans for the team to execute
• Identify training needs and train the team on various link building activities
• Manage and Grow the Techmagnate blog subscribers and expanding the overall blog’s reach.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

Writing & Editing

• Ability to write simply with a conversational style
• Present professional, but friendly posture with blogosphere
• Optimizing content for search engines and lead generation.
• Contributing to long-form content projects such as ebooks.
• Content research for Infographics.

Outreach, Blogging & Guest Posting

• Identify quality blogs for guest posting for clients across industries and niches.
• Outreach, network with bloggers and influencers to publish and promote content.
• Measure and track the effectiveness of blog/content topics
• Respond promptly to blog comments, social mentions and e-mail
• Ability to make presentations on blog feedback, metrics and comments at business intelligence meetings

The ideal candidate will have…

• A passion and strong understanding of SEO, Link Building & Content Marketing with 4-5 years of Experience
• A creative mind and interest in using link baits, content marketing and social media to optimize/ scale seo marketing strategies and tactics.
• Considerable experience in building high quality, niche based back links
• Ability to easily network with bloggers and influencers.
• Possess engaging “conversational” writing skills with a professional posture.
• 2-3 years experience managing a team of 5-10 executives
• Excellent organizational skills to work independently and manage projects with many moving parts.
• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, or related field preferred.
